Allison Transmission announced that a major restaurant food wholesale distributor has selected the Allison 3414 Regional Haul Series transmission for its fleet.
The 3414 RHS will be integrated into Navistar’s RH-Series trucks, designed to offer customers productivity and maneuverability.

The fleet will purchase up to 450 trucks per year equipped with the 3414 RHS. The 3414 RHS offers up to 8% fuel savings over the Allison 3000 Highway Series transmission.

The fleet is expected to enter service with the Allison 3414 Regional Haul Series transmission associated with the Navistar A26 engine at the end of April.
