EssilorLuxottica NA Wholesale strengthens its commercial leadership to serve the independent optical channel

(PRESS RELEASE) NEW YORK — To continue to grow its support for independent ECPs while leveraging the combined resources of the entire Group, EssilorLuxottica NA has announced changes to its wholesale organization.

Ludovic Ladreyt has been appointed Commercial Director – US Optical. An accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience, most recently as SVP Optical Sales, Wholesale NA, Ludo will now be responsible for the broader US optical organization, including frame, lens and laboratory sales for national accounts, regional accounts and independents. He has made an invaluable contribution to the company over the past decade and continues to uphold EssilorLuxottica’s commitment to developing the world of eyewear and vision care. In this new role, Ludo will report directly to Fabrizio Uguzzoni, President of Wholesale North America for EssilorLuxottica.

The following people will now report to Ludo:

  • Jessica KozakSenior Vice President of Regional Sales and iECP in the United States, will expand her scope by leading independent business development and strategy in the United States for frames and lenses to optimize the iECP experience across our commercial offer.
  • Valerio Parisi was promoted to SVP of US Regional and Independents Channel for Executive Sales.
  • Matt Tackman, Senior Vice President – US Optical National Accounts will expand its role to cover lab, lens and frame sales.
  • Cha-ling Delgado has been promoted to Vice President, US National Executive Accounts and will report to Matt Tackman.
